Foam closures

Select product by panel profile. Open-cell = vented (ridge/hip). Closed-cell = non-venting (eave/sidewall/valley).

Sealant — NovaFlex Pro

Silicone, color matched to Corten/weathering steel. 70+ colors. Lap joints, pipe boots, ridge caps, gutters & trim. Tack-free 10 min, cured 48 hrs.

Pipe flashing / Roof boots

Silicone roof boots, 35-year warranty. Red, Gray & White. Specify pipe diameter for correct boot selection.

Snow retention

Clamp-on for Standing Seam (no penetration). Screw-down for Corrugated, Gulf Coast & PBR.

Underlayment

High-temperature synthetic roofing underlayment — secondary moisture barrier required when installing Corten panels over a wood deck.

Nyalic clear coating

Locks in Corten patina, prevents rust bleed onto adjacent surfaces. Pre-applied or field-applied after installation.
